At MiniatureWallah, our products are custom-made and personalized based on the details provided by the customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom and Personalized Products
Most MiniatureWallah products are made after order confirmation using customer-provided details such as photos, names, quotes, product style, and customization instructions.
Because these products are personalized, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your photo, quote, name, shipping address, or order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
A refund, replacement, or resolution may be considered only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The customization error was caused by us
- The order is lost in transit after courier review
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A short description of the issue
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Customer-submitted spelling mistakes
- Incorrect photo uploaded by the customer
- Low-quality or unclear photo provided by the customer
- Wrong quote, name, or text submitted by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Minor color differences due to screen display or lighting
- Delays caused by courier, weather, holidays, or incorrect address
- Products already approved or produced based on customer details
Returns
Because our products are customized, returns are usually not required unless we specifically request the item to be returned.
If a return is approved, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card provider, or payment service.
Replacement
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
