At MiniatureWallah, each custom miniature is prepared after order confirmation. Because our products are personalized, shipping time includes both production time and delivery time.

Once your order is placed, we review the submitted details, including uploaded photos, quotes, names, product style, and quantity.
Production time may vary depending on product type, customization details, design complexity, and current order volume.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order will be carefully packed and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Updates
Once your order is shipped, tracking details or shipping updates will be shared if available.
Please make sure your email address, phone number, and delivery address are correct at checkout.
Incorrect Address
MiniatureWallah is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed Delivery
While we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to production requirements, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery.
If a shipment appears lost, we will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.
